What does “No Signal” (E48-32) mean?
This error usually means your dish has shifted, the LNB is faulty, or there’s a cable issue. It can also occur during heavy rain (rain fade). If the error persists after the weather clears, give us a call and we’ll diagnose and fix it for you.
Can I watch DStv in more than one room?
Yes! With an XtraView setup, you can connect two decoders to a single subscription. We install and configure the full setup, including heartbeat cables and diplexers, so each room works independently.
